Photonix

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 4, 2026

1. License scope and permitted use

Photonix licenses grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased package tier inside your own products, internal tools, client deliverables, or design workflows, subject to the seat limits and package access included in your plan.

A license covers the specific tier you purchased. Basic, Pro, Ultimate, and Figma access each follow their own entitlement rules. Access to a higher tier is not granted unless it is included in the order.

2. Seat limits and install tokens

Each paid license includes a defined number of device seats and CI / Deploy seats. A device seat is for a developer machine such as a MacBook, PC, or workstation. A CI / Deploy seat is for automated environments such as GitHub Actions, Vercel, Netlify, Docker builds, or private deployment pipelines.

Install tokens are issued from the Photonix License Portal. You must create one token per device or one token per CI environment. Tokens may be rotated or revoked at any time.

3. No credential sharing

License keys, install tokens, download links, and Figma access links are security credentials. They may not be sold, sublicensed, posted publicly, bundled into shared templates, or reused by people, teams, or organizations that are outside the licensed seat count.

Buying a single license for one seat and then sharing the same credential across multiple people, machines, companies, or public repositories is prohibited.

4. Automatic anti-abuse enforcement

Photonix monitors install token usage for signs of credential sharing or automated abuse. This may include request volume, repeated downloads, network diversity, user-agent diversity, token rotation patterns, and abuse events across the same license.

Photonix may automatically flag a token, revoke a token, restrict creation of new tokens, or suspend an entire license if our systems detect repeated or severe misuse.

5. Suspension policy

A restricted license may be temporarily prevented from creating new install tokens. A suspended license is permanently blocked from installing Photonix packages until manually reviewed by Photonix.

If a license reaches suspension status, access is not automatically restored. The account holder must contact Photonix to request a review.

6. Redistribution and resale

You may ship Photonix as part of a finished product, website, application, or internal tool. You may not redistribute Photonix source packages, install tokens, Figma files, raw assets, or substantially complete Photonix-based starter kits as a competing UI kit, template resale product, or public download.

You may not mirror Photonix packages in a public package registry, publish private install credentials, or expose tokenized tarball access through public logs or repositories.

7. Updates, support, and changes

Photonix may improve the product, pricing, packaging, seat rules, or anti-abuse systems over time. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after those updates means you accept the revised terms.

Support scope varies by plan. Free resources are provided as-is. Paid plans may include priority support or additional review depending on the plan description shown at checkout.

8. Questions and review requests

If you believe a token or license was flagged incorrectly, contact Photonix before creating workarounds or attempting to bypass enforcement. Review requests should include your order email, the affected license key, and a short explanation of the installation environment.

Questions about licensing, commercial use, or enterprise-style access can be sent to [email protected].

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
